A simple step to protect yourself from heart attack

An increased level of cholesterol in your body increases the risk of heart attacks. Cholesterol level is affected by various factors like heredity, improper diet and lifestyle, less exercises etc. When Cholesterol level increases, the fat is get  sticked on to the inner walls of your blood vessels and may hinder the easy flow of blood through it and this may later increases the risk of heart attacks or strokes.

One simple thing that you can do is drinking warm water after your meal. Drink one glass of warm water just when you are about to go to bed to avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attacks or strokes.  It is very Harmful to have Cold Drink/Water during a meal. Because, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. In the intestine ,the fats are absorbed  and are circulated through blood, this can build up your Cholesterol level.

Avoid packed food like burgers, french fries and other oily food.

Add fiber rich fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Do some regular exercises.

Drink water regularly.

Do your blood check at least once in every year.

It is very common in Arab region to have hot Sulaimani ( Black tea ) after a rich meal like Biriyani. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.
