  • Required water in ounces = ( Body_Weight_in_Kg × Your_Age ) ÷ 28.3
  • Required water in ounces = ( ( Body_Weight_in_Pound ÷ 2.2 ) × Your_Age ) ÷ 28.3
  • Required water in liters = ( ( Body_Weight_in_Kg × Your_Age ) ÷ 28.3 ) × 0.03
  • Required water in liters = ( ( ( Body_Weight_in_Pound ÷ 2.2 ) × Your_Age ) ÷ 28.3 ) × 0.03
  • Required water in Cups = Required in ounces ÷ 8
