Use Jaggery instead of sugar due to following reasons

Bad effects of sugar in the body

1. British established the first factory to produce sugar in 1866.

2. Before the introduction of sugar, Indians used to eat jaggery and rarely used to fall sick.

3. Sulphur is used in the production of sugar. You know that sulphur is used in making of fire crackers. once it enters the body, it cannot be excreted from our body.

4. Sugar increases cholesterol level which is the main reason for heart attack.



5. Fructose in sugar can cause Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

6. Sugar increases the weight of the body and thus we become obese.

7. Sugar increases Blood Pressure. It is also the reason for Brain damaging clots.

8. Constantly varying insulin levels which is a consequence of sugar consumption can contribute to cancer

9. The sweetness in sugar is that of Sucrose, and this cannot be digested by human beings.

10. Sugar contributes to all sorts of diseases. It contains no essential nutrients.

11. To make sugar, 23 harmful ingredients / chemicals are used.

12. Sugar is one of main reasons for :

1.getting diabetes
2. burning sensation in stomach
3. causing Paralysis
4. increasing the level of Triglycerides in body.

SUGAR IS POISON
So, instead of sugar please use jaggery.
